The Burj ul Arab (Arabic:Tower of the Arabs) is a luxury inn located in Dubai, joined Arab Emirates. At 321 m (1,050 ft), it is the second biggest building in the world utilised exclusively as a inn. although, the structure of the Ryugyong inn in Pyongyang North Korea, is 9 m (30 ft) bigger than the '"Burj ul Arab'", and the increased Tower, also in Dubai, topped Burj ul Arab's height at 333 m (1,090 ft), becoming the world's tallest inn. The Burj ul Arab stands on an artificial island 280 m (920 ft) out from Jumeirah sandy shore, and is attached to the mainland by a personal curving bridge. It is an iconic structure, conceived to symbolize Dubai's built-up transformation and to imitate the sail of a boat.
